We changed our name recently from Down to None to ILLNOISE, and not to sound modest or anything, we kick ass. If Slipknot, Slayer, and The Deftones had a threesome, we would be the product. i've taken ALL the old pics off the web site except for the ones on this page. Well, i'm back from christmas break......and here is the latest band news. we have a show this weekend in Orland Park. i think that's where it is. it's at this place called the Buzz Cafe. Other various news about me is that this is going to be my last semester at the university of iowa. i plan on transfering to DePaul University in chicago. i don't like the Chemistry anymore....so there really is no point to me majoring in something that i don't want to do. therefore, i'm going to be changeing my major to Sound Recording Technology. For all the DUMBASSES out there, that means i'm going to learn how to record music, sounds and anything else in audio form. Ill[noise] has just recorded another five song demo with our producer, Andy Galis. For all those familiar with the band Mad Hops, we recorded in their studio in Munster, IN. if you would like to download songs from the first demo, i have them up on napster. my name is darkfaerytales. add me to your hotlist, and just look around for something like "for fans of deftones Ill[noise] - Anyone" or just search for Ill[noise]. i'll try to keep my napster up 24-7. so access shouldn't be a problem. well enough of my ranting....enjoy the rest of the site.

First off, I'm 19, and my friends call me monkey man because I have really long arms look at the picture above. I love music. I'm more into the extreme side of metal then anything else, but I listen to everything. My favourite bands are: Cradle of Filth, Dimmu Borgir, Emperor, Satyricon, In Flames, Dark Tranquility, Children of Bodom, Marduk, Hypocrisy, Opeth, Borknagar, Covenant, and the Kovenant, Broken Hope, Six Feet Under, Type O Negative, Slipknot, and My Dying Bride just to name a few. my cd collection is constintly expanding. along with my lp collection. I play guitar as I stated above, and right now I attend the University of Iowa. I am studying to become a chemical engineer. I am also into fantasy books like the "Redwall" series, and at the moment i'm actually not reading anything but my school books. what can i say, i'm a nerd.
